The Organizing Committee of the 10th UNAOC Global Forum invites Heads of Delegations of the members of the UNAOC Group of Friends to deliver their statements at the UNAOC Group of Friends high-level meeting, scheduled on 26 November 2024. 5. Inscription to the list of speakers of the UNAOC Group of Friends high-level meeting must be done as part of the online registration process. 30 October, New York — The Permanent Mission of Portugal to the United Nations and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) co-organized an Informal Briefing on the 10th UNAOC Global Forum, which is scheduled to take place in the city of Cascais, Portugal on 25–27 November 2024. The Informal Briefing, co-chaired by H.E. Mr. Rui Vinhas, the Permanent Representative of Portugal to the United Nations, and H.E. Mr. Miguel Ángel Moratinos, Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for UNAOC, focused on the latest official programme of the event, the registration procedure and attendance, protocol arrangements as well as expected outcomes of the Global Forum.
